This week I've learned a lot from my research on homelessness. I learned that most are women and children, or just families in general. I can't imagine what it is like to struggle to feed myself let alone my children and significant other. Our economy really hasn't made it easy on America. Homelessness has been a problem for decades, and it is just increasingly getting worse. Shouldn't it be getting better? Why don't we have enough shelters/space for these people. My problem isn't just homelessness anymore, it is also the hungry. Because even if families/individuals have places to stay temporarily, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are being fed. Children need help, veterans need help, the disabled need help, PEOPLE need help. My only challenges this week was the essay itself. I have trouble writing about the same subject over and over and over again, especially on a 10 page span. I completed all the research I possibly could, and turned it in. My next step is to film and focus on my presentation, which I am not even really sure on what I am doing specifically yet. We'll see how it goes ^-^
